The General Data Protection Regulation

We take your data privacy very seriously. Which is why we are doing our utmost to respect your privacy rights, in accordance with the GDPR.

Regulation (EU) 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the new European Regulation on data privacy. It was signed on 27 April 2016 and comes into force as from 25 May 2018. It sets out to ensure better protection and confidentiality of personal data against the risk of data theft, and to give citizens back control over their data.

Every business must be in a position to demonstrate its responsible processing of personal data belonging to its employees, customers or subcontractors, and must provide information to anyone requesting it on how it processes their personal data.

This is why, in accordance with the GDPR, we have set out to provide you, in transparent terms, with the following information. Every time we collect your data, we will tell you the purpose for which it is being processed, and how long it will be retained.

When we collect your personal data on our website (contact, online form, etc.), we will use your details solely in connection with this contact. We will ask you only for the data we need to reply to you (name, address, e-mail, telephone).

Please note that our website does not use cookies.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will check by means of a double opt-in system (sending you an e-mail asking you to confirm your interest) that you do indeed wish to sign up. We will use your e-mail address only for this purpose. We consider that as long as you are a customer, you will receive our newsletter (monthly or every two months).

In the case of a service agreement, the data will be retained throughout the performance of the agreement. You will find all the necessary information contained in the agreement.
